Confidently, a young red-head strolled towards the stunning gates of Elador. Her smile reached from ear to ear, producing little dimples in her freckle-covered cheeks. This was it. Her long awaited future was in front of her at last. From here on, mistakes were prohibited. She had come this far and, for this there was no doubt in her mind, she would not be turning back. There was only forward from here.
The child took a moment to compose herself, taking a deep breath and nervously flattening her best tunic. She had to look neat, prepared and what she had concluded to be the most important of all, adult-like other wise these many years she had spent preparing would be for nothing.
Almond-shaped eyes filled with wonder, she took an adventurous step inside, just catching herself from producing a childish squeak of delight.

"What?" Gabriel sighs in exasperation. "Don't tell me you didn't get the punch line." The two continue to stare at him, fuming. "...Little brother?"
On cue, a laugh track plays on the sitcom the angel interrupted. Dean rolls his eyes over to Sam, who looks even less amused than him.
"Pretty cheesy, Gabe. Losing your touch after all that hooky?"
Disappointed "oohs" coincided with the snarky smile fading a bit from the Trickster's face.
"Now fix him!" Dean barked.
"Mm, no can do, Deano. Hasn't learned his lesson yet."
"We don't have time for this."
"You do if I say so."
Dean's wristwatch slowed to a halt immediately, along with the old alarm clock on the nightstand. Oh yeah. Arc angel. Control of time and space and all that jazz. With the hunters finally quiet, Gabriel cheerfully continued.
